This month we introduce Dr Julian Stella from University Hospital Geelong. Welcome to PREDICT Julian.
I am a Senior Staff Specialist at University Hospital Geelong (UHG) Emergency Department in Geelong Victoria. UHG is a mixed ED which over 70,000 patients annually of which more than a quarter are children. I am the Head of research in the ED and also help oversee the Deakin medical student experience in the ED.
We are interested in a broad range of systems, public health, education and clinical research. The department has participated in a number of funded national, international and local research projects and already has a number of active PREDICT researchers.
