Enrolment:
120 participants enrolled into the study.
No primary outcome on 8 (2 withdrew, 1 had alternative diagnosis, 5 lost to follow up at 1 month visit)
Update:
- We are going to extend the study for 1 year in order to recruit more patients as we are far below our recruitment target.
- The study will officially finish in April 2021. Recruitment will cease 6 months prior to this (October 2020) to allow for the follow up period.
- We are ceasing recruitment at John Hunter hospital and The Townsville hospital on April 1. We would like to thank both hospitals and their research teams for the hard work they have put into the study over the past 3 years.
